The Roost & CORONAVIRUS update

In the light of public-health concern about coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share what we know about the illness so far and what The Roost at Southridge Business Park has been doing to prioritize your health and wellness as guests visit our spaces and our tenants.

What we do to keep our Guests and Tenants safe:

  1. Effectively placing informational print outs throughout our facility to encourage our guest and tenants to follow the right protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  2. Increase cleaning protocols using products that are EPA-approved emerging viral pathogens, which has been found to be effective against harder-to-kill viruses such as coronavirus. We will be regularly wiping down door handles, faucets, light switches, railings, chairs, surface areas, remotes, markers, etc.

  3. Upgrading our facility soaps and hand sanitizer to ensure better protection from spreading germs and bacteria.

Reminder to Practice Good Hygiene. These habits include:

  • Wash your hands frequently, and for at least 20 seconds with soap and water to protect yourself and others from germs.

  • Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

  • Keep your hands away from your face! Germs routinely spread when a person touches contaminated areas, and then touches his or her eyes, nose, or mouth.
